I plan to visit Xiamen for business from Hawaii. I wish to utilize the 72 hour visa free pass. What does the administrative area include? I plan to visit an umbrella manufacturing plant.  I have a valid passport and all will have all travel itinerary. Is this enough? All I need is 36 hours in Xiamen. ThanksJon

Jon, it refers to the whole Xiamen city. After visiting Xiamen, if you will fly to a third country or region rather than Hawaii, you can enjoy free transit in Xiamen. Valid passport and flight itinerary are enough.
