About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

Daughter turning 18 years. Can she still get dependent visa to stay with rest of the family ?

Daughter is Grade 12. Has been staying in China continuously for past 4 years. Visa finish in March while her school finish is Aug. She turn 18 in March.

No, she cannot get the dependant S type to stay with the rest of the family in China. But if she will continue to study in China, she can apply for an X1 type which can allow her to stay with her family.
