Is there any way i can change a cultural exchange visa to a work visa without having to fly home

i dont want to have to fly home and back again

Sara, after you find a job in China and get the relevant documents, you can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to convert the current cultural exchange visa to a work Z type.
