About:China Visa Application in USA

I live in Delaware, and because of a cultural program from My college I'll be traveling to China, but I am a resident permanent in the USA so I would like to know what kind of visa do I need to get and where should I go to apply for it? Thank you for your help

you need a china L visa, go to the embassy to apply for.

Delaware is under the consular jurisdiction of China embassy in Washington D.C. You should go to China embassy in Washington D.C. to apply for Business Visa which can be issued to aliens who come to China for culture exchanges.
