i have to go to nanning to catch a flight back to malaysia.

I have planned to take a bullet train from Kunming to NN and stay at NN for one day before my flight, but there seem to have east and west station, I am confuse which one is the nearest to the airport?

The bullet train departs from Kunming South Railway Station to Nanning Main Railway Station. You are suggested to check in Vienna Hotel, 400 yards south of the train station. The next day, you can take airport shuttle bus line 1 in front of the hotel to catch your flight.
