About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will go from Spain to Vietnam via China. Can i land in shenzhen (apply for 72hours visa)

and fly next day from Guangzhou to Hanoi?

I have read you have to departure from the same airport for this kind of visa but Shenzhen and Guangzhou are very close one from the other and i have read also something about Guangdong

There´s neither a 72h twov nor a 24h transit in Shenzhen.

You can fly to Guangzhou, get a 72h twov, travel around Guangdong province at this time and fly to Vietnam from Guangzhou.

this is what i will do, flying to Guangzhou and from there to Vietnam. Must i do something before landing? Or just at arrival go to immigration and ask for a 72 hours free transit?

If you want to use the 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou, you should first inform the airlines when you board the plane in Spain. After arriving in Guangzhou, you can go to the transit counter to apply for the 72 hour free transit.
