How to take train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Pudong Airport ?

Hi, I gonna transit from Hongqiao station and direct heading to Pudong airport this March.
As accessed, the additional train from Hongqiao Railway Station - Longyang Rd. Station to interchange with Maglev to Pudong airport. I can't find timetable of this additional train. How much train fare of this additional train?
How long of duration if I take additional train from Hongqiao railway station to Longyng Rd station? This may help me for better plan to transit from Hongqiao raiway station.
Note : I will travel from Tai'an to Hongqiao station by bullet train in the early morning and take flight to Thailand by TG airline departing time at 17:20 pm.
