About:Year of the Rabbit

Hi. I am going to be 30 this November 2017. Female born in 1987.

Do I have chance to find new love match this year? and is it okay to change job this year?

What a lovely age you've reached. Well don't forget that this year is your opposite year, and everything you will try to do, you will find that it doesn't work. It is not that someone else is there to spoil your day. No, it is you who will create trouble for yourself. You will find love this year, I do not doubt that. The only problem will be that the man you will find, is not your match, and as you will meet him few times, it will occur to you that he is not the man you were searching for. If you want to change your job, you can. But the job you will find this year, you will later discover it is not the right job for you, and you would have to move once more. This is the time, when you should take cover and wait for better times in 2018 and 2019. About May this year, transiting Saturn will reach the spot on the sky, where it was when you were born. And Saturn return brings many changes, and you would also feel you want to change direction in your life. Good luck.

If I stay in the same workplace this year will it benefit me? Is there any chances for me to advance myself to be better in my workplace? I am into creative arts teaching who do a lot of stage performance for students and as well collaborate with many parents. Will do my best as last year?

and...I am thinking to buy new property such as house and car. Is it possible to do that this year? Sorry, so many question I have here. =)

Please postpone buying a car or a house in 2017. Wait for better times. If you keep your job or if you move, it will be the same. You may well keep your job. Don't follow your instinct this year, as no matter what you will do to advance your situation, you will later find out that you were better if you listened to my advice in the first place.
