About:China Visa

Hi I'm a Filipina, my husband is a Chinese ,i overstayed my Chinese tourist visa for 2 months,

because I was pregnant at that time my in laws want me to stay in China and get married, and stay there for good, after My pregnancy ,we extend my visa for 1month and we process for our marriage paper but the municipal staff said I need to go back to Philippines and process all the requirements needed,. The question is , is there a possibility that my application is deny or refuse???
What should I do if my application is denied? My baby is 3months when I left in china , now my baby is 7 months. Please help thank you.

Ann, you have at least 50% percent to get the application approved, so just make full preparation and give it a try.
You need to wait for 3 months to re-apply again if your application is denied.
