I will travel to Yunnan next month, is it suitable to hike at Tiger Leaping Gorge next month?

And I am confusing, whether I should take bus to tiger leaping gorge from lijiang for round trip, or should I go to tiger leaping gorge from shangri-la. Which one is the nearest. Can you suggest please. Tqvm :D

Actually, February might not be a good time to visit the Tiger Leaping Gorge. It is usually windy weather and the temperature can be below zero at night. It is suggested you take some warm clothes and wear masks, hats, and gloves.
Lijiang is nearer to the gorge. You are suggested to take a bus from Lijiang Bus Station to the gorge; after the visiting, charter a car to Shangri-La.
