Trip in Mid February 2017 to Xian

are there any chances to see beautiful flowers or plants in mid of february?

Well, in my experience, the exhibition of plum blossom will be on in the whole Feb. So your timing can be ok to enjoy it. For other flowers, it may be too early. Generally, the best timing to enjoy flowers is late Mar. to early May there.
