Ticket offices for collection

Hi!
Could you please list the places where I can pick up booked tickets? Are there any ticket offices except Hangzhou railway station? Thank you

You would need to collect the ticket at the railway station, the ticket office would not worked if you booed by using the passport. The ticket offices can only collected ticket booked by using Chinese ID card.
