About:Shanghai Metro Line 1

Suspension at People's Sq Station - Jan 14 to Feb 10

Is Line 1 service suspended there or will people not be allowed to transfer there? What exactly does this mean?

As I know, the service and transfer at this station along line 1 will be out of service during that time, while People's Square on line 2 will operate as usual.
