Ling, flowers usually start blooming in March. You can see some buds in early Mar. If going there in late Mar. the scenery is more beautiful. And I highly recommend you enjoy the rhododendron.

In March, the temperature differs from 45F to 60F a day. It can still be a little bit cold at night.
