Chengdu to Zhangjiajie by rail transfer

Hi there,
I need to go to Zhangjiajie from Chengdu next Friday 20th January. I understand I would probably need to get two trains - a fast one and a normal speed one. Could you please help me, I'm so lost trying to understand the maps!
