How to get to Shanghai Pudong Airport for early morning departure?

If I stay somewhere in West Longhua Road, how long does it take to get to PVG by public transport at the weekend? Will I be able to catch the 07:15 outbound (international) flight by any public transport?

Well, first of all, you need to arrive at the airport at least two hours in advance. Thus there is no direct public transportation at that time. You need to take a taxi from West Longhua Road to PVG. Generally speaking, the cab fare is around CNY 200 at that time.
