I am Dutch citizen presently residing in Pakistan I would like to visit China.

Can I apply from pakistan or I have to apply from the Netherlands your embassy in The Hague holland

Javaid, if possible, you are advised to apply for it from the CVASC in your home country. But if it is not convenient for you to go back to your home country, you can try to make the application in Pakistan.
