About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

My travel is London Copenhagen shanghai outbound and shanghai Zurich London inbound

Transit only in Copenhagen and zurich.5 day stay in Shanghai. French passport.

Will th above qualify for a 144 if travelling with the correct invite etc.
