About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

What time is Shenzhen North Train Station open for ticket collection?

Hi,

I am travelling at 7am on 29 Jan 2017 from the North station. Is the ticket collection office open 24 hours?

If not, what time does it open? I've booked my tickets online.

It do not opens 24 hours, most high speed railway station do not work 24 hours. Once the schedule ends, it stops working. If your 7am rides is the first ride that day, the station would open around 6am or even early.
