About:Badaling Great Wall

Do the pulleys operate in January?

That's amazing that you make such a summeries. I'm having 21-hours stopover in Beijing and I'd like to visit the Great Wall obviously. The pulleys sound like a fun. Do you know if it works winters and if it's safe to use it right now?
