About:China Visa

Do we need a visa for the two entries into China?

We are travelling from Australia, staying in Shanghai for two nights, then embarking on a 16 day cruise, We will then come back into China (Hong Kong) staying for three nights.

Ardo, for your first entry, if you enter from and leave for different countries, you are eligible for the 144-hour free transit in Shanghai. For your second entry, you don't need the entry permit for Hong Kong because you hold an Australian passport.
