About:Shanghai Travel

What to do with limited time at Shanghai?

Flight arrives at 4pm on a Sunday, check in for the onward journey to NZ is 9pm. There's two of us travelling and I'd like to see some of the city and grab some food. Any ideas?

Your time is really limited. However, you can still squeeze some time for sightseeing: take the Maglev to Longyang Road and take subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road. The train journey takes around 25min in total. East Nanjing Road is a famous pedestrian street for shopping and dining, and the Bund which is within walking distance is good for sightseeing. Go back to airport in the same way and make sure that you arrive 2h in advance.
