[Suggestion] Limited queue number for VOA at Luohu Port

For those eligible for VOA from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, please take note that queue will start forming at around 0730 and there are limited queue number to be issued per day. I reached around 0800 and was issued number 43 which will only be processed in the afternoon. Also, payment for visa can only be made via non-cash method.
