About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have employed an Indonesia maid to take care of an elder.

She needs to go to Zhuhai with the elder during Chinese New Year. Do I need to apply visa for her or she can apply it at the entry port? Since I am her employer, is it compulsory for me to accompany her to Zhuhai? Can I apply the visa via an agent?

She can probably get it upon arrival there.
In principle, you should accompany her to Zhuhai. You can apply for visa via an agent.
