On NZL Passport, can I get the 144h transit visa at Bao'an Airport in Shenzhen?

If you enter visa Bao'an Airport in Shenzhen from country A and stay there for not more than 144 hours, and then will go to country B, you will be able to enjoy the 144 hour free transit.
