Philippines passport holder transiting by Nansha Pt on a cruise ship

I'm italian working on a cruise ship and i'd like to bring on board my girlfriend, philippines passport holder, cruising for one month.
She should embark in Hong Kong where she doesn't need any entry Visa but then the ship will pass 8 times by Nansha pt. Does she need a tourist multiple entry permit even if just transiting by ship?
Just in case what she should submit to the embassy? The ship's itinerary would be enough?
Thank you very much
Antonino

Antonino, just in case, I advise your girlfriend to prepare a multi-entry transit G type in advance. She should submit her passport and a copy of it, a fully filled-out application form affixed with her recently-taken bare-headed photo, and the ship itinerary.
