About:China Tourist Visa

My husband and I will be travelling to Shanghai in March 2017 for a 8 day holiday.

We are permanent resident in nz but of malaysian nationality. Can we send in the application if so to where in wellington and how much would the visa cost. It is too early to apply now?

Kim, it's too early to apply for it now. I advise you to apply for it in February 2017. If you live in the consular district of the embassy in Wellington, you can send the application to the address: 4 Halswell Street, Thorndon, Wellington 6011. The cost is 60 NZ dollars for an application and 15 NZ dollars for the postal service. So each of you need to cost 75 NZ dollars.
