About:China Visa Application in USA

Does the Chicago Consulate offer a mail back option?

I need to travel to Chicago to receive it however, I'm wondering do I also need to pick that up as well?

Lance, no, it doesn’t offer that.
You should submit the application and receive the result in person, or find someone else to do that on your behalf. No mail service is allowed.
