About:Hangzhou Transportation

We want to go from Shanghai to Hangzhou by fast speed train.

Is the train station close to the metro station?
And then to get to the hotel that is close to a metro line. I just wonder if we can walk from the train station to the metro station or should we get a taxi. Thanks.
