4 Day Trip to Beijing from Hong Kong

I am planning a 4 day return excursion from Hong Kong to Beijing. I am a UK citizen travelling back home from an Australian visit via Hong Kong. What visa do I need and where/when best do I collect the document on my journies?

You need to apply for a tourist L type for Beijing trip. You are advised to apply for it one month prior to your trip in your home country or in HK.
