Career and relationship in 2017

Hi, I was born in November 4, 1964 in the Philippines now residing in the USA. I have been wanting and waiting to move to a better job for 4 years now and I have not any luck. Is the 2017 the year I can move to the job of my dreams? and will it also be the year I can live together with my boyfriend of 9 years? Thank you so much...
