i have been trying to find a job for the past 6 months with no success.

Question

Hi, I am a female born on October 23, 1966. I've had good interviews, and was usually the final candidate, but every single possibility has fallen through for one reason or another. Now I have another chance, but it's for a job with much smaller salary than I am used to, and an hour commute. I'd love to find a job in my home town, with my normal salary or better. Do you think I should take the lesser job if it's offered? if not, will I find a suitable alternative in 2017?

Strangely, I am in your same predicament! Like you born in 1966 a fire horse and having the same career obstacles like you - very optimistic interviews at first but lose out last minute! Hopefully 2017 will bring us huge success, health and wealth!
