US citizen in Ohio, how do I obtain a Chinese tourist visa for Shenzhen?

Phyllis, firstly, you need to buy round-trip tickets and hotel bookings, then prepare your passport and copy of it, a fully completed application form attached with a recent photo of yours. After all the documents are collected, go to the consulate in New York.
