About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Probelmatic Baggage Claim at Beijing Capital Airport International Transfer Transit.

1. We flew by Aeroflot SU 2529 and (checked in our 3 baggage from Malaga to PEK) in Malaga AGP on the Dec 16 2016 at 23:45 (local time) and landed at Moscow SVO Dec 17 2016 at 06:55 (local time).
2. Then we flew by Areoflot SU200 from Moscow SVO on Dec 17 2016 at 11:50 (local time) and landed in PEK on Dec 18 2016 at 00:30 (local time).
We should collect our 3 baggage at the baggage claim area before proceeding to the international transfer transit to checked in our luggage.
We were denied access to the baggage claim and we were directed to the international transfer transit without our 3 baggage. The officer concerned checked in for us for the departure ticket to KuaLa Lumpur.
We request for visa at that moment but were denied. On that matter, do I have to apply visa just for baggage claim.
3. Our final destination was Kuala Lumpur from PEK by AirAsiaX Flight D7313 on 18 Dec 2016 at 05:50 (local time) and landed at Kuala Lumpur on 18 Dec 2016 at 12:15 (local time).
Our baggage are still stuck in PEK, so how are we going to claim the 3 baggage?

Hashim, as I know, one doesn't need to reclaim the luggage when doing international transit at PEK. Your luggage will be delivered to the next flight by staff at the PEK.

I reached KLIA on the 18 Dec 2016 at 12:15 pm without our 3 luaggage.
I query AirAsiaX and found the luaggage missing. I lodged report at AirAsiaX Flight 7313. I also lodged report to Aeroflot Airline SU200 and later found that the 3 luaggage we held at PEK. The 3 luaggage were not checked in to AirAsiaX flight 7313 on that day. How to claim the 3 luaggage and to be send to KLIA?

Hashim, just take your air ticket, luggage receipt, and passport to the counter of AirAsiaX at KLIA. Their staff can help you locate your luggage and arrange the delivery service.

It took them 6 days and anothers 2 days to deliver to me, altogether 8 days (18 till 25 Dec 2016). I cannot claim anthing from my travel inssurance for baggage delay due it is not covered for returned journey. One of my baggage strap is missing. Very very bad experience with PEK. Many of my friends that travelled through the airport have the same bad experience.
