About penalty for overstay, yrs to be banned, can apply work to other country

Greetings.. I'm malou, a Pilipino. Im overstayed here in china for 2yrs, now i want to go back to my country, what will be my penalty (exact amount pls.) if i will be banned here in china, how many yrs? Am i allowed to work in hongkong or i am banned there also? Thanks a lot..
