About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Travelling to Hong Kong with banned for 5 years for penalty

Hi, sorry to ask again but I need an advise... I have a penalty and I can’t enter in China for 5 years. My question is... can I go to Hong Kong or Macao? Please I need help... I’m portuguese.. I don’t need visa for this two places..
