About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

can I use the 144 free transit visa?

I fly London- Singapore( transit in Singapore for 1hr)-Shanghai(for 3 days)- Singapore(1 week) back to London

No, you cannot. It won’t be a transit anymore if you travel like that.
