About:Beijing Transportation

Hello, i will transit in Beijing Capital terminal 3 from the Vladivostok flight to terminal 2.

Please tell me how can i travel from terminal 3 to terminal 2, and it will be free or not?

You can take free terminal shuttle from Gate 5 F1 of T3 to outside Gate 7 F1 of T2. This shuttle bus serves people for 24 hours. The frequency is 10-30 mins.

Sorry may i ask you one more question, i need to go out of Beijing terminal 3, so i need chinese visa for this outbound or not, and who will give me this visa.
