I am a foreigner living in Beijing and would like to purchase tickets.

Is it possible to pay with WeChat payment for the tickets, rather than use my US based PayPal account?

Yes! this website accept payment by Wechat and Alipay. You can submit the booking online with a remark that you would like to pay by Wechat. They would send you the account information by email.
