About:Harbin Weather

I going to Harbin on Mid of Jan 2017.

I will wear inner thermal, fleece, down jacket, water proof jacket, is it enough?

The temperature may range from -22F to 5F on Mid of Jan.2017. It would be chilly cold. You should prepare enough winter clothes to keep warm, such as down jackets, sweaters, long johns, pants, snow boots, scarves and gloves. :)

Having just returned from there, I find the cold ok. Make sure you wear a top and bottom thermal and a minimum 2 piece jacket. One made from thick fleece (inside) and the other a thick jacket with padding on the inside which prevent the cold wind from getting in. The most difficult part are the slippery roads- make sure you have sharps attach to your boots. You will also need a Mongolian hat made from fur like materials.
