About:China Postal Service

I am expecting mail from the UK to China, and it's been longer than 6 weeks.

I'm not sure if it has a tracking number. Is there any other way I can track down my package here in China? Usually international packages arrive in good time, so I'm concerned about this one! Thanks!

Laura, every package has its own tracking number. The 13-digit tracking number usually starts with two letters and also ends with two letters. Find it and you may track your parcel using the number.
Generally, the international package takes around one month to reach the destination.
