About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I invited my wife and son are in Shantou on S1 Visa. How can I apply for their Residence permit?

I work at SUMC. I invited my wife and son to shantou on S1 dependent visa. I am taking care of all their responsibility. I asked the SUMC to help me in getting their Temporary Residence Permit, but SUMC is denying now. How can I apply for their residence permit?
I have my Residence Permit, our relationship certificates attested by the China Embassy New Delhi, their S1 valid up to 29th December 2016, and passport of all of us.

Please suggest.

Sharma, the first step is to prepare the required documents including passports of your wife and your son, the application forms, valid registration form of temporary residence, half-length color photos, an invitation letter from you and copies of your passport and its copy, as well as your marriage certificate and birth certificate of your son, and physical medical examination. Next, submit the two sets of applications to the exit and entry bureau of the local PSB to apply for the residence permit within 30 days after they enter China.

Dear Klaus, thanks for your reply.

Please also suggest, my wife and son reached in China on 30 Nov, so if we apply for their residence permit and in case it is not issued, then how much time is given to leave from china. Sine their S1 type says that we should apply for residence permit within 30 days.

I’m not sure about that. You can inquire about that at the exit and entry administration. Usually, they can get the residence permit as long as they make full preparation.
