Jeju Island flight via China Eastern

Im travelling to Jeju Island via China Eastern with a stop over in Shanghai for 4-6hours, do i need a transit visa?

If your stop less than 24 hours and have the confirmed tickets to Jeju island, you do not need a transit visa.
