Question

Im arriving to Putong airport at 7am and checking in the Airport hotel Da Zhong that is located between Terminal 1 & 2 I leave save day 8pm. Do I need visa as the hotel told me that yes? and what type of visa I need?

You mean Pudong airport in Shanghai? Are you in transit to a third country? If so you don't need a visa, just ask for a temporary entry permit.

I'm on  the way to Australia leaving same day 8pm and hotel is on Airport in Shanghai Pudong but I have been told that I need visa??? Please advice Im flying on Tuesday

So you´re flying Czech - Shanghai - Australia?Then you´re fine to use the 24h transit and you don´t need a visa.Just ask for a temporary entry permit at Pudong airport to leave the airport.
