I'm Andrea (born in 9th Sept. 1975). I want to change a new good pay job.

Will I able to get a chance this year?
Which month is the right time for me to move on?

Changing your job may be a pretty good choice for your later career. You can do it whenever you want. But just a reminder, you are advised to quit your current job until you have got an offer.
