About:China Transit Visa

do I need a visa for this itinerary

I'm Allan from Australia I'm transiting through Guangzhou 2 hours and 40 minutes and Wuhan 4 hours 30 minutes on my way to sanfrancisco at the end of February and on my return journey at the end of may I stop at Guangzhou for 11 hours
