Extension of single entry Visa Staying in Changzhou and Hefei

Dear ,
I have single entry visa which will expire in 29 nov 2016 , but granted upto Feb 2017 .

Please let me know process how I can extend my current stay for another 30 days.

If you hold tourist L type, you need to prepare those papers including your passport, valid registration form of temporary residence, the application form, a half-length color photo, the return ticket, and accommodation arrangement. And then go to the exit and entry administration to apply for the extension.
