Well, there is no direct bus that operate between HK and Macao.
You are advised to take Tsuen Wan Line from Tsim Sha Tsui Station to Central Station. Then transfer to Island Line to Sheung Wan Station, Exit D. After arriving, take a ferry to Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. There are many ferries that can take you to Macao. The ticket fare 164 HKD per person.

better option than jack reply, From TST go to china ferry terminal,its on 5 minute walking distance,Turbojet and cotai both are operating for macao from china ferry terminal.
