Really confused as there seems to be nobody that can confirm that I can use this free transit and how to get it on arrival in Shanghai cruise terminal - booking agent, cruise company and airline say that they are not responsible for this. What do I do as I don't have time now to apply for a visa. Where do I get proper confirmation that I can use this 144 hour free facility and what is procedure to obtain this?
