Good Day, i've applied a visit visa for my wife (Vietnamese) in CDCM Manila.

1 month had passed, i still have't got any news, and we are visiting there in 2 weeks. How do i know if the application is approved or rejected? i only got a receipt from CDCM Manila for the (communication fee) without any reference number. Your help would be very much appreciated.
